Boston and Zechiel Management, LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of Illinois on July 27, 2006.

It was formed for the sole purpose of soliciting for commodity interests and has not been utilized for any other purpose since its formation.

Boston and Zechiel Management, LLC is a CFTC registered NFA member Commodity Pool Operator (“CPO”) and Commodity Trading Advisor (“CTA”). The firm filed for NFA membership on August 17th, 2006 became registered with the CFTC on October 6th, 2006, and was granted NFA membership as a CPO on October 10th, 2006. Similarly on December 3rd of 2010 the firm registered with the CFTC as a CTA and became an NFA member CTA on the same day.

Jeremy Boston and Brian Zechiel are the Managing Members of Boston & Zechiel Management, LLC.
